Serve cold with crackers, carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers, or chips. Put any leftovers back in the fridge to chill.

  • 3 3 green onions

  • 16 oz 16 sour cream

  • 10 oz 10 spinach

  • 1 packet 1 Knorr Vegetable recipe mix

  • 8 oz 8 water chestnuts

  • 1 cup 1 mayonnaise


  • Take out a large mixing bowl and place it on the side.
  • Wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water. Place it in a bowl in the microwave and gently wilt it, and then drain it and shred it.
  • Finely chop the green onions.
  • Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to your large mixing bowl, and stir well.
  • Pour in the Knorr vegetable mix.
  • Add the spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions, and stir thoroughly.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid or plate or transfer the dip into an airtight container, and then refrigerate it for a minimum of two hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to chill. Don’t serve it before two hours have passed, or it won’t taste as good.
