Carrot Cake Blondie Bars

They have all of the chewy texture but aren’t made with cocoa. Ours are super special. They contain lots of sweet and delicious ingredients like chunks of pineapple, crunchy nuts, and a fair helping of shredded carrot.

Cream Cheese Carrot Cake Bars

Looking for a little mid-afternoon sweet treat that you can squeeze into the corner of a lunchbox? Carrot cake bars are the answer. This isn’t any boring carrot cake, oh no!

We aren’t talking frosting. We are talking sweet cream cheese running through the center in a swirly marble effect. The good news is that you can freeze these too! Make a big batch, and you’ve got a nice treat every day of the week.

Best Ever Carrot Cake

Alright, alright! We give in. Here’s a carrot cake to keep you happy! The difference? Ours is possibly the best ever carrot cake! Try it and see for yourself! What makes it so special?

We make sure we include plenty of strong flavors such as cinnamon and oodles of sweet brown sugar. We also use baking soda and baking powder mixture to give it that signature lift and keep it all fluffy and light. The topping is super simple too.

Cream cheese, a little powder sugar, and a helping of tart lemon juice. You can have this one done from start to finish in less than an hour!

Crunchy Carrot Cheesecake

Rolled oats, butter, crushed cookies, and carrots. That’s pretty much all you need to make this tasty base. The carrots give it an orange hue.

Once set, we top the pastry case up with a mixture of delicious cream cheese, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of cinnamon.

If you want to make sure your cream cheese filling sets, here is a top tip. Use a leaf of gelatin dissolved in a quarter cup of boiling water. That way, when you cut into it, the filling won’t come spilling out!
