Fresh Pineapple Margaritas

Pineapple margaritas are my favorite weekend cocktail when I take a break from the food recipes: tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and lime, shaken until ice cold. They contain alcohol, so they’re for adults 21 and over, and there’s an easy mocktail version below for everyone else.

The best thing about putting this recipe together is it is so simple to prepare. Make sure you have the right drink ingredients and kitchenware to make this drink. Using a shaker is almost essential or a stirrer in its absence are required to yield best results.

Forget having to pay out $15 for one of these beauties when you can serve this up yourself. Save money and time while having fun doing it.

How To Make Pineapple Margaritas

We did say this was easy didn’t we. Within 5 minutes you can be enjoying an ice cold refreshing drink. Once your ingredients and mixing equipment is in place, you’re ready to start. Make cocktails like a professional and follow our directions down below.

Garnishing is completely optional but adds to the recipe and delivering a professional drink. Adding jalapenos can add a bit of life into the drink or can be used or garnishing purposes.

Mocktail version: skip the tequila and triple sec, shake the pineapple juice and lime with a splash of orange juice and a little agave, then top with sparkling water. I make a pitcher of it whenever friends come over.

Conclusion

Sitting in for the evening or having friends over to your house, then this cocktail mix is absolutely perfect. Pineapple margaritas brings together two of my favorite ingredients: mixing alcohol with pineapples.

Seeing my friends’ faces light up at the first sip is my favorite part of making these. My tip: go easy on the tequila, because too heavy a pour drowns out the pineapple.

Don’t wait until the summer to make up this drink, there’s no better time like the present. Add ice and you will enjoy an ice cold refreshing margarita cocktail. We used jalapenos in this recipe to add an additional kick but that’s completely optional.
