First, start by preparing your chicken. If it isn’t deboned, do so now – there are many great tutorials on this.

Once the chicken breast has been deboned and the skin has been removed, portion your chicken into 1 ½ inch pieces. Set aside the diced chicken until it is needed.

The ingredients and method is very straight forward. Make these nuggets in advance and freeze them – this way if you ever feel like making an easy dinner, or you are short on time for game-night snack prep, simply fry these and serve them with your choice of sauce.
