INGREDIENTS

1 cup Original Bisquick Mix ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 cup milk ½ cup butter, melted 1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained 1 cup granulated white sugar

1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

DIRECTIONS

2

Grease an 8x8x2 inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray or brush the sides with melted butter or oil.

3

In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix and ground nutmeg. Slowly add the milk and melted butter and mix using a wooden spoon. Mix until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix to batter as it will lose its’ fluffy texture.

As you can see, you never have to go searching for a cobbler recipe again. This recipe has it all; it isn’t sickeningly sweet, has a great flavor that can also be easily adjusted and because you are using the Bisquick dessert mix, you know that the texture will be out of this world.
