INGREDIENTS

1 banana, chopped and frozen ½ a ripe avocado 1 heaped scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional) 1 small handful of either kale or spinach 1 cup dairy-free milk (almond, soy, coconut, your choice)

Take your blender jug and throw in the banana. Slice your avocado and scoop out the flesh from one-half before adding it.

Add the kale, and then top your blender jug up with the milk.

If you wish, feel free to add seeds if you want more texture, we’ve tried it with flax, hemp, and sunflower seeds, they all tasted great.

Blitz your smoothie on high power until entirely smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy being lean, mean, and green.
